Each item is made to order unless otherwise noted. Your order will ship once the production time is complete. Delivery time after shipping will vary depending on location. We are not responsible for USPS delays or re-shipping charges for an order if the address is given incorrectly.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Custom Orders are made specifically for you, therefore changes/cancellations will only be accepted up to 2 hours after the order is placed.
In the instance that your order is incorrect or arrived to you damage please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. We also require that you send us photographs of the item that is incorrect/damage. Any emails sent after 5 days will not be fixed. A replacement will be sent out of after completion.
All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We absolutely cannot accept returns for items that have been used. Please review your order carefully and be sure to ask any questions before ordering.
Local pick up is available if you would like to save on shipping costs. I am located in Fort Worth - Saginaw, TX. I will contact you through the email/phone number you provide at check out when your tumbler is available for pick up. You may pick up during operating hours. I am unable to meet or deliver at this time.
All items are completely handcrafted with real premium quality loose glitter and as with all handcrafted items slight imperfections can exist. These do not take away from the beauty and/or functionality however they do add character and that special charm that cannot be duplicated with items that have been mass produced. No two will ever be the same.

Can I pick up if I am local?
How do I care for my tumbler?
When ordering a custom tumbler, there are special instructions that should be followed to ensure that your items lasts a lifetime.
All custom tumblers are sealed with food grade safe, FDA compliant epoxy that will produce a glass like finish, and should be treated as such. While it is coated and cured, dropping or mishandling can cause it to break.
Broken tumblers are not repairable!
Please remember that these tumblers are custom made, so there will be times that some imperfections are unavoidable.
All tumbler will receive a special care card for reference!
Do you have other style of tumblers that are not listed?
There are a few options of tumbler sizes that I have readily available and those options are available for each listing. I also have styles that are not "best sellers" that are in stock that I can use as well.
I've ordered my tumbler, now what?
Once I receive the order, I will contact you, by email, within 48 hours to go over all of the specifics (colors, style, decals, etc.) to ensure we have the same "vision."
Once approved, no changes can be made!
After it is approved I will begin the tumbler.
If I have multiple orders, I will begin tumblers in which they are received!
